Well we are warming up for another busy weekend. Tristian has a game on Friday night. And has been invited to participate in the All Stars game on Saturday with another team. Not sure how he got picked for it, but he wants to play, and Uncle Homer has agreed to take him (because we are going to SA Saturday to get Patrick) (yes we are driving down and back in the same day).. and if that would not keep us busy enough Sunday is the Kids Ranch Rodeo Finals.... so it will be a long tiring weekend... Hoping my back is better and does not give me any more problems (I can hope right)... Well I will let you know who it goes this weekend......

Well Sunday was the Audry Owens Benefit Ranch Rodeo... they have one every year. Homer was participating, Aunt Sandie was assisting, HD was helping the back with the cows and the kids were roaming around.. YaYA was helping watch Syndie for the day.. so Taylor remember to take the camera so they took some really cute pictures.. so I thought I would post them...

Well today was the first day of the Youth Ranch Rodeo series at the Bar None Cowboy Church in Tatum, Texas.... We have three more to go... And today was HOT (good ole' Texas heat 90 degrees)... I can just imagine what August 1st and 2nd will be like. WHEW! not looking forward to the heat. Well right now in points Taylor's Team Scared Spur Ranch is ranking #5..not too bad ----got a little work to do..but they can do it.. Tanner cut his finger in the first event..(but he is ok) he had both feet and we would have had a really good time but sometimes things do go as we plan.....

Tristian's team BW&L Cattle Ranch.. is placing 4th.... no bad.. got great.. but this is their first time to compete..They were doing really well in mugging till they didn't get the feet tied tight enough and the calf kicked loose go we got a NO time.. but they will learn..
